The unique Kumon Maths and English Programmes pursue the potential of each child by developing confident, independent learners through individualised, advanced study.
The KwaDukuza Study Centre was established in 2001. Sheena Mohan worked as an assistant in the centre for more than four years before taking over the reins as Instructor in August 2009. Read more about Sheena’s Kumon journey in the Meet the Instructor tab.
Sheena’s team of committed assistants also have personal experience in developing children’s potential through Kumon. Assistant Judy Subban enrolled her oldest daughter in the Kumon programme at the age of two years and seven months, and she was studying fractions before entering Grade 1. Judy has since enrolled her younger daughter, and applies this experience of nurturing an excellent student to her work at the Kumon centre.
The KwaDukuza Study Centre caters for students of all ages and abilities, with a specialisation in early learners. Through intensive nurturing of their potential at a young age, students soon experience the true value of Kumon: independently studying ahead of their age level. Students from Kumon KwaDukuza approach their school work with confidence, eliminating the need for tuition later on.
The study centre is located in a dedicated classroom at the Stanger Heights Primary School. Ample secure parking is available at the front of the school, accessible through Thucker Road.
