Well, I've never been a quitter and as soon as I started with the programme I knew I was going to finish it. One needs perseverance and can never ever give up when doing Kumon. You may sometimes feel like quitting but the one thing you need to do is to continue during all those difficult times. My parents obviously agreed with me when I told them I wanted to complete the programme. They never really pushed me too hard, which I found helped me a lot because often when parents push their children too hard, they just end up rebelling. So, because my parents trusted me, I found that I could complete Kumon at my own pace and on my own level.
I'm extremely pleased that I have completed the English Programme. I found that it has helped me a lot. To everyone out there I have to say, it is the best thing I could have done. It has helped me, not just in English and Maths, but in all my subjects. I am truly grateful to Kumon for the opportunity.
In the future, I plan on becoming an Actuary which requires a lot of focus and English comprehension skills as well as numerical ability and I hope to put the skills I have learnt to good use.
