Matriculant bags an astounding 9 distinctions!

Gerhard Le Roux achieved NINE distinctions! His final mark for Maths was 99% and he received 92% for the advanced Maths Programme!

Gerhard enrolled at the Kumon South Study Centre under the guidance of Jeanetta Taljaard and her team. He went on to complete the Kumon Maths Programme in Grade 9 and managed to maintain a 99% average for Maths in school over the past few years.

Of his Kumon journey Gerhard says: “Kumon has meant a great deal to me. At the start of my journey with Kumon, it helped me to understand certain mathematical concepts. So much so that I started to become eager to learn new concepts. This however could not have been achieved without the brilliant assistants at the centre. My completion of Kumon is mostly because of their help. Finally, the Kumon journey doesn’t stop at O200. Kumon taught me a lot of things that I will be using for the rest of my life.”
